Employment at OAGS
Orange Anglican Grammar School is a co-educational school for students from Prep to Year 12 located in the heart of the Orange region’s wine country. The School has grown from an initial enrolment of 5 students to a vibrant school community of almost 800 students. We now have over 80 teaching staff in full and part-time positions, and more than 20 administrative and support staff.
The School prioritises the protection and advancement of the safety, welfare, and overall well being of children. It anticipates all staff and volunteers to uphold this dedication.
OAGS fosters a sense of community where everyone's contributions, both individually and collectively, are valued and respected. It celebrates the diversity that enriches its environment. The School delivers exceptional educational experiences, founded on genuinely Christian teachings and beliefs. Relationships are prioritised and are built on authentic care for every student, nurturing classroom settings, and outstanding pastoral care initiatives.
The teaching faculty goes above and beyond to support students, extending their efforts through supplementary classes after regular school hours. Teachers actively engage in diverse co-curricular activities, including debating, sports, performing arts, equestrian and community service, enriching the school experience.
The support and administrative team are integral, providing professional assistance for OAGS's daily operations. Their invaluable skills cover a wide range, encompassing human resources, marketing, advertising, career development, accounting, and educational support.
